With a deep red colour and violet hue, the 2018 Pyrenees Estate Shiraz emanates aromas of red berries and light spices with earthy tones. This aroma is balanced perfectly with a medium-bodied wine that is equally rich in flavour. The addition of Mourvèdre into the blend enhances the spice and the drive along the backbone of the palate.

The dark forest fruits and subtle oak flavours complement the persistent dusty tannins and chocolate notes on the finish.
