Billson's Alfreds Gin 500ml

In 1882, Alfred Arthur Billson took over the running of Billson’s Brewery in Beechworth at age 23. Inspired by his love of gin, he successfully expanded Billson's as a spirit merchant. To honour his legacy, we have handcrafted this stunning small batch pot distilled gin with 13 unique botanicals & entire butterfly pea flowers. These magical flowers provide the vibrant colour that changes from a deep violet to a lovely lilac with the addition of tonic water. Aroma: Upfront lemon sherbet with lifted lime. Palate: Layers upon layers of intense citrus with delicate savoury notes. This refreshing & easy drinking drop is the perfect summer tipple. It’s equally enjoyable neat on the rocks or mixed with a premium tonic.
