With a presentation referencing Mexico's ancient culture, Olmeca is made out of premium blue agaves from the Jalisco Highlands. Olmeca touts their use of cultivated yeast, rather than “wild or commercial yeast that is often used by competitors.” This expression is aged for 8-10 months in x bourbon barrels.
